Operational Manager (Florist)

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Operational Manager in the F&B industry; experience handling multi-outlet operations is preferred
• Strong leadership and multi-tasking management skills
• Strong understanding of sales growth strategies, budgeting, costing, and inventory control
• Target-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Able to work both strategically and hands-on

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure optimal daily operations across 2 outlets
• Monitor and control sales performance, profitability, and cost efficiency at each outlet
• Set targets, monitor KPIs, and evaluate outlet team performance
• Coach and develop Restaurant Managers / Supervisors at each outlet
• Maintain service excellence standards and ONNI brand consistency
• Handle escalated complaints and resolve operational issues effectively
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and HR teams to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
