What you will be doing

As an early Neros employee, you will get to help decide the direction of our future. Our Accountant will support accounting processes for a Ukrainian LLC (ТОВ) in collaboration with an outsourced accounting provider.

Responsibilities

Manage payroll-related processes, including invoice handling and coordination

Assist with financial documentation and reporting

Maintain and analyze P&L (Profit & Loss) statements, track key financial metrics

Participate in aligning Ukrainian accounting/reporting with global financial processes

Support integration of local reporting into NetSuite (or Quick books etc.)

You should have the following

English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher

Solid understanding of Ukrainian accounting and reporting standards

Experience with P&L management and financial analysis

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Nice to have

Provide support for FOP accounting or help organize this function if relevant expertise is available

Experience working with outsourced accounting teams is a plus
