Role Overview We are looking for a  Technical Lead  to join our teams in a strategic technology-driven environment, contributing to the evolution and governance of enterprise platforms. You will play a key role in defining technical standards, reference architectures, and development blueprints, ensuring the adoption of best practices and promoting technical excellence across multidisciplinary and international teams. What you will do Define and maintain technical guidelines, standards, and best practices for development teams; Perform code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, security, and maintainability of software solutions; Design and promote reference architectures aligned with business and technology objectives; Develop reusable development blueprints, frameworks, and implementation patterns; Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to drive platform evolution and support strategic initiatives. What you are like Proficient in solution design, software architecture, and platform governance; Advanced knowledge of the relevant technology stack and associated ecosystems; Experienced in defining technical standards, conducting code reviews, and establishing development best practices; Familiar with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence; Fluent in English.
