Job Informationen ###### Location: Zurich Workload: Full-time Start: By agreement Your tasks:
- You act as the interface between business units, the IT directorate and the office.
- You identify all relevant areas of the organisation and capture requirements systematically.
- You prepare, run and document workshops with the business units.
- You analyse, optimise and model business processes, systems and structures.
- You manage requirements and prioritise the backlog together with the Product Owner.
Your profile:
- Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation
- Ability to carry out comprehensive analyses and present the results
- Experience with HERMES documentation and process modelling in BPMN 2.0
- Service-oriented thinking and acting with strong results orientation
- Very good written and spoken German
