Proficient in online bookkeeping packages, Excel, and Word. Experience with CCH preferred. Demonstrate effective oral and written communication. Manage tasks and deadlines effectively. Oversee junior staff, review their work, and provide mentorship. Work proactively with managers and partners to build and maintain client relationships. Understand the business landscape and client needs. Collaborate effectively with colleagues. Begin to build a small portfolio of clients.

Profile A successful Senior Accountant should have: A recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA or ACA. Accounts preparation experience gained in a UK accountancy firm. Proficiency in accounts preparation software (CCH, Iris, CaseWear etc). Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
