Recruitment Officer

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Prepare recruitment reports and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

3+ years of recruitment experience in the Construction & Real Estate Investment sector.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Wuzzuf.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
