Responsibilities
- Design and deliver lesson plans that address varied learning styles and abilities to optimize student understanding and participation
- Evaluate student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods and materials to improve learning effectiveness
- Prepare and organize educational resources to support lesson objectives and classroom activities
- Manage classroom dynamics to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment
- Communicate clearly and effectively with students to facilitate comprehension and encourage active participation
- Build strong interpersonal relationships with students to support their academic and personal development
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in the relevant discipline with recognized teaching qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience
- Demonstrated strong mastery of subject content
- Proficient communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
- Ability to teach students aged 7 to 12 years old
