Senior Practitioner – Fostering Team

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join the Fostering Team based in Southend.

As a Senior Practitioner in the Fostering Team you will be managing complex and sensitive cases while providing expert guidance and professional consultation to colleagues and partner agencies.

Essential requirements:

Social Work England registration

Eligible to work in the UK

Hold a full UK licence

Degree level or equivalent in Social Work

Completed your ASYE

Evidence of continuing professional development including management skills training, knowledge of fostering regulations and national minimum standards.
