Registered Manager - Taunton

Liquid Personnel are proud to be working with an independent fostering agency to recruit a committed and experienced Registered Manager to lead their fostering service. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within a well-established agency, driving quality, compliance, and growth in fostering services.

As the Registered Manager, you will:

Lead the fostering service and maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations

Develop and deliver strategic plans to achieve Outstanding ratings

Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff and foster carers

Ensure high-quality therapeutic care for children and young people

Manage relationships with commissioners, stakeholders, and multi-agency teams

Contribute to business development and service expansion

Essential requirements of this Registered Manager role :

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)

Recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England

Experience in safeguarding and fostering or looked-after children

Proven leadership and strategic planning experience

Strong understanding of fostering legislation, NMS, and the Children Act

Full UK driving licence
