Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker to join its client’s Generic Team, based in Wirral. This is a hybrid role offering £33.97 per hour.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:

Conduct assessments – Carry out strength‑based assessments to determine adults’ needs, risks, and eligibility for support in line with statutory frameworks

Develop care plans – Formulate, implement, and review person‑centred care and support plans that promote independence, wellbeing, and safeguarding

Multi‑agency collaboration – Work closely with health professionals, community services, and partner agencies to coordinate safe, timely interventions and ensure continuity of care

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have:

Social Work England registration

Eligible to work in the UK

Hold a full UK driving licence

Post‑qualified experience

Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
