CONSTRUCTION PAINTER

Prepares and cleans surfaces and applies paint, primer, varnish, waterproofing materials, and other finishes to buildings and structures. Performs minor surface repairs and maintains painting tools and equipment.

Qualifications/Requirements: Must have knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, color application, finishing techniques, and proper use of painting tools. Must be able to work safely on ladders or elevated areas when necessary.
