Responsibilities:

Build and manage an assigned list of prospective customers and projects; initiate outreach, qualify needs, and book meetings with decision-makers. Lead initial discovery for straightforward enquiries and join site visits; produce a clear needs brief, constraints, and agreed next steps. Develop first-pass solution options from approved products, including equipment lists and compatibility checks; flag requirements for specialist review. Own CRM records and a weekly pipeline report for assigned opportunities, including value, stage, next action, and conversion risks. Coordinate assigned smaller jobs: technician schedules, material readiness, customer updates, outstanding items and handover records. Identify service and upgrade opportunities, track customer feedback and close follow-up actions; escalate safety, final design, pricing and contractual decisions for approval.

Requirements:

Current student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Services, Energy, Construction Technology, Quantity Surveying or a related technical discipline. Evidence of taking ownership in projects, internships, site work, technical sales or customer-facing roles; full-time experience is not required. Ability to read drawings, product datasheets or specifications and turn them into clear scopes, equipment lists and presentations. Confident customer communication, practical problem-solving and disciplined follow-through using CRM and office tools. Ability to ask useful questions, capture customer needs, and define clear next steps. Clear customer updates and organised coordination of materials, technicians, and handover records. Good judgment about when technical design, safety, pricing, or contracts require approval.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project or internship work involving customer discovery, technical proposals, demonstrations, or site visits. Exposure to building systems, energy, construction, building materials, or property projects. Experience using CRM, spreadsheets, equipment lists, or simple project trackers is an advantage.
