Your new role

We are seeking a highly motivated team member for the role of Process Engineer to join our Manufacturing Operations and Compliance Support (MOCS) team within the MSAT department.

In this role you will be part of the technical team, responsible for impact assessments supporting product release, root-cause investigations, continuous improvement and projects for Kite's commercial manufacturing site producing T-cell therapy products.

In your new role, you will be:

  • Collaborating with technical and operational stakeholders, writing and/or revising SOPs, batch records, and other operations-related documents;
  • Investigating and coordinating the resolution of deviations through comprehensive use of Root -Cause Analysis tools;
  • Devising and implementing CAPAs to address root cause and ensure effectiveness;
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by Management.
