At Kindbridge Behavioral Health , we're expanding access to specialized behavioral health care for individuals and families affected by gambling, gaming, and other behavioral challenges. We partner with healthcare organizations across the country to ensure more people can access compassionate, evidence-based care when they need it most.

We're looking for a Partner Success Manager to champion the success of our referral partners. You'll lead partner onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management while helping grow our referral network through thoughtful relationship building, community outreach, and strategic partnership development.

What You'll Do

Build Lasting Partner Relationships

Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of referral partners

Guide partners through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing relationship management

Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships while helping cultivate new referral relationships within the community

Build trusted, long-term relationships by providing responsive support and proactive communication

Conduct regular business reviews, identify opportunities for growth, and address challenges before they impact the partnership

Create Exceptional Referral Experiences

Design and continuously improve referral workflows that are simple, intuitive, and effective

Create and maintain partner-facing resources, including onboarding guides, referral materials, educational content, and training documentation

Partner with Marketing and IT to optimize referral pathways and enhance the overall partner experience

Develop scalable onboarding processes that create a consistent experience for every new partner

Drive Growth Through Data

Monitor referral activity, engagement, and conversion metrics to identify trends and opportunities

Analyze partner performance and recommend strategies to improve referral volume, retention, and overall success

Gather partner feedback and translate insights into process improvements

Partner with Business Development to support the successful launch and long-term growth of new referral partnerships

Support Community Engagement

Represent Kindbridge at networking events, conferences, and community outreach opportunities

Build relationships with local organizations and identify new partnership opportunities aligned with Kindbridge's mission

Collaborate with Marketing to support partner campaigns, educational initiatives, webinars, and community engagement efforts

Leverage Technology & AI

Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to streamline workflows, develop communications, analyze referral data, and create educational materials

Maintain accurate partner information within CRM and referral management systems

Help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and technology

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

3–5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, Healthcare Operations, or a related field

Demonstrated success building and managing partner relationships, driving engagement and growth, and collaborating across cross-functional teams

Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, telehealth, or another highly regulated industry strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to build relationships through networking, community engagement, or business development outreach

Proficiency with CRM or partner management platforms and digital tools used to support relationship management, referral workflows, and partner engagement

Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to improve productivity, streamline workflows, create content, and analyze information

Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, and marketing automation or form-building tools (e.g., HubSpot, Webflow, Typeform, or similar)

Strong analytical, communication, organizational, relationship-building, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Remote pay range $75,000 — $90,000 USD
