Your tasks

We are seeking a motivated and capable Business Development Director to drive business growth, establish strategic partnerships, and expand our client network.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.

• Prepare business proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.

• Explore opportunities in manpower supply, facilities management, cleaning, logistics, and construction support services.

• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements.

• Develop strategies to expand the business and achieve growth targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Good business development and client relationship management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet business objectives.

• Relevant business development or management experience is preferred.

• Good English communication skills.
