Responsibilities Welcome arriving guests warmly and offer welcome drinks in line with hotel procedures. Collect, handle and deliver guest luggage and equipment safely and promptly. Guide guests to their rooms and provide helpful information about hotel facilities and services. Assist guests with directions and general requests, referring detailed matters to the Front Desk. Work closely with the Front Desk and other departments to support arrivals, departures and guest needs. Keep the lobby and surrounding public areas tidy and welcoming.
Requirements One to two years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a four- or five-star hotel. Good spoken Greek and English; another foreign language is an advantage. A friendly manner, clear communication skills and a genuine willingness to help guests and colleagues. Professional appearance, discretion and the ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods. What we offer Accommodation and meals. Competitive salary and all required insurance.
