Reel and Content Creator

Create and execute short-form video concepts (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) from idea to publishing.

Write scripts, hooks, and captions that match the brand voice.

Shoot and edit high-quality videos (mobile or camera) with fast turnaround.

Appear on camera or coordinate with talents when needed.

Plan and manage a monthly content calendar and meet posting deadlines.

Monitor trends, sounds, and formats, and apply them creatively.

Collaborate with design and paid media teams on integrated campaigns.

Engage with comments and DMs to support community growth.

Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

2- 4 years of experience in Reel, content creation and short-form video.

Strong portfolio showcasing previous Reels/video work (mandatory).

Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools (After Effects is a plus).

Solid understanding of lighting, sound, and framing.

Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms.

Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills in Egyptian Arabic and English.

Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and Meta Business Suite.

Creative, trend-aware, and able to work under pressure.

Team player who welcomes feedback.

Confidence on camera (a big plus).
