Requirements

• Previous experience in a café or coffee shop
• Willing to learn matcha preparation and Japanese tea service
• Available to work 6 days a week, including weekends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Neat, well groomed and hygienic
• Responsible and detail-oriented behind the bar
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
• Basic understanding of matcha is a plus
• Able to start immediately
