Accountabilities: The Transformation Program Manager will lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformation program, ensuring successful execution from strategy and design through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong program leadership, business process expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

Lead the enterprise Order-to-Cash transformation program through planning, process redesign, implementation, stabilization, and adoption phases.

Act as the primary transformation lead for the O2C workstream while supporting broader enterprise transformation governance and operating models.

Establish and maintain program management disciplines, including governance structures, reporting processes, portfolio visibility, and delivery standards.

Conduct current-state assessments, process mapping, future-state design, workflow optimization, and business process improvement initiatives.

Support ERP implementation and integration efforts, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, OneStream, and related enterprise platforms.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, dependency trackers, dashboards, action registers, and executive reporting materials.

Create executive-level presentations, business cases, decision documents, process documentation, and workshop materials.

Drive organizational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness planning, training coordination, and adoption initiatives.

Monitor program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources while proactively resolving challenges.

Build reusable templates, governance assets, and knowledge-sharing materials to strengthen long-term transformation capabilities.

Facilitate collaboration between business teams, technology partners, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced transformation leader with a strong background in Order-to-Cash processes, enterprise program management, and operational improvement. They should be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in complex business environments.

8+ years of experience leading business transformation, program management, process engineering, or operational improvement initiatives.

Proven experience managing complex Order-to-Cash transformation programs within large organizations.

Strong expertise in business process engineering, process architecture, process mapping, workflow redesign, and operational excellence.

Experience supporting ERP implementations and enterprise integrations, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OneStream preferred.

Background working within Oil & Gas, Energy Services, Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing, or similarly complex industries is highly desirable.

Ability to quickly understand complex operations and translate strategic objectives into practical transformation roadmaps.

Strong consulting, facilitation, executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience leading organizational change management initiatives, executive workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to independently create high-quality executive deliverables, including presentations, dashboards, project plans, governance documentation, and communications.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.

Familiarity with Power BI, Visio, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, Business Process Management, or related methodologies is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree such as an MBA is preferred.

PMP certification strongly preferred, with additional professional certifications considered an advantage.
