Accountabilities: Triage, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests related to Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse within defined SLA targets.

Diagnose and resolve Power Automate workflow failures, including authentication issues, expired OAuth tokens, connection reference problems, throttling, API limitations, and error-handling gaps.

Troubleshoot Canvas and Model-Driven applications, addressing performance issues, delegation warnings, security problems, browser/mobile behavior, and data access challenges.

Monitor platform health using CoE Starter Kit analytics to proactively identify failing flows, inactive applications, excessive permissions, and capacity risks.

Manage connections, authentication processes, service accounts, environment access requests, provisioning requests, and DLP-related exceptions.

Support citizen developers by resolving blockers, guiding users through governance processes, and escalating complex issues when required.

Perform bug fixes and minor improvements to existing applications and flows through established ALM processes.

Troubleshoot Power BI operational issues, including dataset refresh failures, gateway connectivity, and row-level security concerns.

Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, knowledge-base articles, and self-service resources.

Participate in root cause analysis and problem management initiatives to reduce recurring incidents and improve platform reliability.

Collaborate with developers, architects, security teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience supporting or administering Microsoft Power Platform solutions in enterprise production environments.

Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze flow histories, interpret errors, reproduce issues, and identify root causes.

Advanced knowledge of Power Automate support, including authentication, OAuth tokens, connection references, throttling, API limits, retry behaviors, and failed run analysis.

Experience troubleshooting Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps, including delegation, performance optimization, security roles, and permission management.

Knowledge of Dataverse administration, including security roles, tables, columns, business rules, and data integrity management.

Familiarity with CoE Starter Kit analytics and its use for monitoring and improving Power Platform environments.

Understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and connector governance.

Experience with SharePoint Online as a data source and integration platform.

Familiarity with ITSM processes, including incident, request, and problem management within SLA-driven environments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.

Ability to collaborate effectively, provide constructive feedback, and work independently in a distributed environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Microsoft PL-200 or PL-100 certification.

Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

PowerShell experience for Power Platform administration automation and bulk operations.

Experience supporting Power Automate Desktop / RPA solutions.

Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Pages, Azure integrations, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, custom connectors, and Key Vault.

Understanding of Power Platform ALM practices, solution-aware deployments, environment variables, and connection references.

Familiarity with Managed Environments, Power Platform Pipelines, and evolving licensing models.
