Accountabilities Lead and accelerate the global Supply Chain AI transformation agenda, ensuring initiatives align with business strategy and operational priorities.

Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap of AI, analytics, automation, and digital transformation opportunities focused on meaningful business challenges and measurable outcomes.

Partner with Supply Chain leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize use cases based on strategic value, scalability, business impact, and implementation feasibility.

Manage a portfolio of high-impact initiatives spanning demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, S&OP/IBP decision support, customer operations, fulfillment, logistics, procurement analytics, knowledge management, predictive risk monitoring, and process automation.

Lead transformation initiatives across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP/IBP, customer operations, order fulfillment, and logistics planning and execution.

Establish modern, data-driven operating models and decision-making frameworks that improve forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, service levels, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Design and lead rapid AI pilots, defining success criteria, KPIs, expected business outcomes, and recommendations for scaling, refining, or discontinuing initiatives.

Apply artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and business intelligence to strengthen operational and strategic decision-making.

Develop practical frameworks, playbooks, training programs, workshops, and best practices that increase AI literacy and digital capabilities throughout the Supply Chain organization.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and teams, helping them understand AI opportunities, implementation approaches, and the organizational implications of digital transformation.

Collaborate with IT, Digital, Data & Analytics teams to align initiatives with enterprise architecture, technology strategies, security, data governance, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Support the assessment and selection of AI platforms, technology solutions, external providers, and strategic innovation partners.

Monitor emerging developments in AI, generative AI, advanced analytics, planning technologies, and Supply Chain innovation, incorporating relevant external best practices into transformation strategies.

Lead organizational change by building stakeholder engagement, executive sponsorship, confidence, experimentation, continuous learning, and accountability around AI adoption.

Provide leadership with clear visibility into transformation progress, business impact, investment priorities, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, particularly across areas such as planning, customer operations, S&OP, or IBP.

Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence/machine learning, business process excellence, and strategy execution initiatives.

Proven success driving complex, cross-functional transformation programs and translating technology opportunities into measurable business value.

Strong understanding of AI and generative AI, machine learning concepts, advanced analytics, business intelligence, data visualization, and digital innovation.

Deep knowledge of Supply Chain processes, operating models, planning methodologies, and transformation opportunities.

Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in operational performance through technology, analytics, process transformation, or automation.

Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving organizational alignment without formal authority.

Experience working effectively within global, matrixed organizations and across multiple functions, cultures, and geographic regions.

Experience in regulated or highly complex industries such as MedTech, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or comparable environments is strongly preferred.

Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Excellent executive communication, presentation, influencing, and change leadership skills.

Strong ability to connect technology strategy with practical business outcomes and customer needs.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business intelligence and data visualization tools.

Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time .
