Accountabilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic field service partners, serving as the primary point of contact for operational alignment, escalations, and long-term collaboration.

Monitor partner performance against key service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, using data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective action plans.

Lead regular business reviews, performance discussions, and operational meetings to strengthen partnerships and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Client Success, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and Field Service Coordinators to resolve issues and optimize partner performance.

Analyze operational metrics, prepare reports and dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to improve service quality, turnaround times, and scalability.

Support financial and administrative processes related to partner management, including payment coordination and operational documentation.

Identify trends, recommend process improvements, and contribute to the ongoing development of partner management strategies and operational best practices.

Travel periodically (approximately 15–20%) to conduct on-site partner reviews, strengthen relationships, and support critical operational initiatives.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Partner Account Management, Vendor Management, Field Operations, or a similar client-facing role.

At least 2 years of experience within commercial solar operations or a closely related renewable energy environment.

Proven success managing external partner or vendor relationships while balancing collaboration with accountability.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs, performance metrics, and operational data to drive informed decisions.

Experience using Salesforce CRM and reporting tools; familiarity with business intelligence platforms is an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with field service operations, contract management, partner network growth, or operational SLAs is considered a plus.

Ability to travel as required and work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
