Accountabilities: The JSS Territory Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships, increasing brand awareness, and driving growth within an assigned territory. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, field engagement, and strategic account development. Key responsibilities include:

Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, distribution partners, and key accounts within the territory.

Drive product trials, conversions, and brand adoption through direct engagement in field environments, including job sites, tool areas, and customer offices.

Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to create customer-specific growth plans aligned with business objectives.

Identify market opportunities, understand competitive landscapes, and leverage product knowledge to strengthen positioning.

Present product advantages effectively and act as a trusted advisor on product applications and solutions.

Monitor major projects and opportunities within the territory while managing priorities and resources effectively.

Prepare regular business reviews, forecasts, and opportunity updates to support strategic decision-making.

Operate within established budgets while consistently working toward assigned sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong communication skills, business awareness, and the ability to manage relationships in a fast-paced environment. Required qualifications and skills include:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

2–3 years of sales, territory management, or sales leadership experience, or equivalent professional experience.

Fluency in both French and English.

Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, accountability, and attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build productive professional relationships.

Enthusiasm for learning, receiving feedback, and continuously developing expertise.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Willingness and ability to travel as required.
