Accountabilities The Senior AWS Data Engineer (PowerBI) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based data infrastructure while ensuring reliable integrations between data platforms and business intelligence solutions.

Implement and continuously improve cloud data infrastructure and platform capabilities.

Integrate data solutions to ensure connectivity between Power BI Server and enterprise data services.

Provide technical support for data consumption layers using Amazon Redshift and Amazon Athena.

Configure and manage IAM Identity Center, including SSO federation, permission sets, and access provisioning.

Ensure scalable governance and secure access management across cloud environments.

Manage Power BI Server integrations, including gateway configurations and data connectivity.

Support data integration initiatives and troubleshoot technical challenges across platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions.

Contribute to best practices around cloud infrastructure, security, and data governance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level data engineering professional with strong experience in AWS infrastructure, data integration, and business intelligence platforms.

Proven experience working with AWS cloud environments and data infrastructure solutions.

Strong expertise in IAM Identity Center, including SSO federation, permission sets, and user access provisioning.

Solid knowledge of Amazon Redshift and cloud-based data consumption architectures.

Hands-on experience with Power BI Server, including gateway integration, ODBC connectivity, Athena integration, and governance at scale.

Experience supporting data integration processes and technical troubleshooting.

Understanding of cloud security, identity management, and access control practices.

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working with scalable data platforms and modern cloud technologies.
