Senior Arch Technical Office Engineer

Job Description

Review and manage preliminary and detailed designs, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure alignment with project execution requirements.

Prepare, review, and approve shop drawings in coordination with design and site teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications and architectural standards.

Handle quantity surveying tasks and review material submittals against project specifications.

Manage the RFI process, issuing and following up on Requests for Information to resolve missing, unclear, or conflicting design data.

Ensure all project documentation and execution comply with building codes, design intent, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.

5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Solid experience in technical office tasks (shop drawings, quantity surveying, BOQs, material submittals, etc.).

Experience in Fit-out projects is a plus.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
