About us: Jannah Integrated Solutions Ltd. is a UK-registered EdTech company. We run A* Quiz ( astarquiz.com ), a smart online platform for Class 9, IGCSE and AS-Level students built around generating quizzes for MCQs based exams with topic classification, instant grading, and adaptive quizzes. We currently support 15 Cambridge subjects across Class 9, IGCSE and AS-Level — including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Combined Science, Economics, and Accounting. Our platform serves four account types: Schools (including tutoring centers), Teachers (including private tutors), Students, and Parents. We are now expanding into Egypt and looking for our first commercial hire to lead the market.

About the role: You will own A* Quiz's entire Egypt market for our platform. This is a founding sales role with responsibility for FOUR customer segments: Cambridge IGCSE schools, tutoring centers, private tutors in the science / commerce subjects we support, and direct sign-ups by students and parents. You will work directly with the founder / representative. This role suits someone who has sold EdTech to the Cambridge ecosystem before and wants to build something from the ground up.

What you will do: Build and own the Egypt sales pipeline across all 4 customer segments

For calibration, the Year-1 plan asks for roughly 3 schools + 8 tutoring centres, 50 private tutors on paid Teacher plans, and 250 direct student/parent subscriptions in your first 6 months, all led directly by you — this is the plan full OTE is paid against (school closings track the academic-year budget cycle, so their timing depends on your start month).

These are floors, not ceilings. Commission is per deal and uncapped across all four streams, plus a share of total Egypt ARR at year end — beating the plan pays you more, it does not just tick a box.

Run product demos in person and online with school principals, centre owners, and private tutors — explicitly demonstrating MCQ workflow and analytics

Build relationships with the Egyptian private tutor community via TeacherOn, Modarby, Ostazi, Mydrasa, Facebook tutor groups, and WhatsApp networks — targeting tutors of OUR LIVE SUBJECTS only

Coordinate with a network of Egyptian UGC creators to produce promotional content

Set up and run the company CRM to a defined data standard — every prospect, conversation and deal logged the same day — and report to the founder weekly against it

Represent the brand at IGCSE-related events, fairs, and Cambridge gatherings

After Month 6, recruit and lead a Junior BD Executive to scale private tutor acquisition (subject to performance gates)

What we offer: Base salary: EGP 25,000 – 35,000 / month

Monthly KPI bonus: EGP 10,000 when at least 70% of the monthly KPI plan is achieved (paid the following month)

Uncapped commission across 4 revenue streams (schools, centres, tutors, B2C) — no ceiling on the number of tutors, centres, schools or subscribers you sign. OTE EGP 55,000 – 75,000+ / month in your first 6 months, scaling to EGP 120,000+ at full Year-1 target

Year-end revenue share on total Egypt ARR

Monthly allowance (transport, fuel, phone — one bulk figure, set with your offer): EGP 3,000 – 5,000

Remote / hybrid working

Full ownership of a market with a clear path to running a team

What you need to bring: 5–8 years' B2B or B2B2C sales experience, with at least 3 years in EdTech or the education sector

Demonstrable track record — you can name specific deals you closed, in numbers

Existing relationships in the CAMBRIDGE IGCSE ecosystem in Cairo and Giza — schools, centers, AND private tutors

Strong working knowledge of the Cambridge IGCSE and AS-Level curriculum, especially the sciences

Understanding of how the Egyptian private tutoring market works — group lessons, pricing, parent dynamics

Fluent Arabic (Egyptian dialect) and professional English

Self-starter mindset — comfortable working remotely with a founder based abroad / representative in Egypt.

Comfortable with digital tools — CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace

Owns a car and holds a valid driving licence — the role is daily field visits across Greater Cairo

Nice to have: Background as a Cambridge IGCSE teacher or private tutor before moving into sales

Existing presence in Egyptian education Facebook/WhatsApp groups

Familiarity with tutor aggregator platforms (TeacherOn, Modarby, Ostazi, Mydrasa, Tutorama, Orcas)

Honest comfort with telling tutors their subject arrives later or we don’t support specific papers yet — without losing the relationship
