J.O. Agyapong Group , a diversified Ghanaian group operating across construction, security infrastructure, real estate, technology, consultancy and project management , is looking for Sales & Field Marketing Executives to join our growing team.

We are looking for individuals who are ready to go into the market, identify opportunities, build relationships and create business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and generate new sales leads through field prospecting, referrals, networking and other business development activities.
• Visit prospective clients, construction sites, businesses and other potential customer locations to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Promote and present the Group's products, services and project solutions to prospective and existing clients.
• Meet agreed monthly and quarterly sales and lead-generation targets .
• Represent J.O. Agyapong Group professionally during client meetings, site visits, networking events and other business engagements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant sales, field marketing or business development experience.
• Experience in construction, building materials, real estate, interior solutions, manufacturing or a related industry will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and actively in the field.
