Functional Analyst - Willebroek

To strengthen its IT organization, we are looking for a Functional Analyst who can bridge business needs and IT delivery, helping translate requirements into effective and future-proof solutions.

Your Impact

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders, developers, testers, and product teams.
• Contribute to solution design and help shape the product backlog alongside business and IT leaders.
• Define and support testing activities to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Analyst Community of Practice.
• Build strong domain knowledge and proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes and applications.
• Support Agile product delivery and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and requirements management.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
