CV Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist

ICREMA is a licensed Egyptian manpower recruitment company (Ministry of Manpower License No. 77) with over 30 years of experience placing Egyptian workers across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar. We are building a new digital sourcing unit to modernize how we find, organize, and match qualified candidates for our Gulf clients.

We're hiring a CV Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist to build and manage a fully digital candidate pipeline — replacing our current paper-based process with an organized, searchable system. You'll be responsible for attracting, screening, and maintaining a high-quality pool of ready-to-place candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage an online registration channel for candidates

• Digitally archive and organize CVs received via email and WhatsApp

• Screen and pre-qualify candidates against client requirements

• Maintain and update the candidate database (CRM)

• Coordinate with the Business Development Executive to match candidates to active client requests

Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR (even junior-level) preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable learning and using digital tools (CRM systems, online form

Good written Arabic and basic English

Based in or willing to work from Cairo
