Your tasks
- Own and drive Manufacturing Engineering & Facilities strategyaligned with business growth
- Lead engineering teams to optimize process efficiency, cost, andquality• Oversee site infrastructure, facilities operations, and capitalprojects
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation acrossmanufacturing processes
- Establish and monitor engineering KPIs and performance metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support NPI and operational excellence
- Identify risks, resolve complex issues, and implement scalable solutions
- Ensure compliance with EHS, regulatory, and company standards• Lead crisis management and act as a key site leader when requiredIll.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing engineering /facilities management
- Strong background in process optimization, automation, and large scale operations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Track record managing large capital projects (e.g. >$20M)
- Strong understanding of engineering standards, compliance, and operational risks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
