The Role:
We need a Data & Cloud Engineer to manage and optimize our data solutions within the cloud environment. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining data systems that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
In this role, you will:
Design and implement data architectures on cloud platforms, primarily AWS.
Manage data lifecycle, from ingestion to archiving, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing for cost-efficiency and performance.
Work with other engineers to integrate cloud solutions into the broader system architecture.
Automate deployment and management of infrastructure using tools like Terraform.
Monitor system health, performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on cloud technologies.
Proficiency in Solidity to integrate and work with smart contract and DeFi data systems.
Proficiency in AWS services related to data management (e.g., S3, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB).
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
Strong analytical skills to translate data needs into cloud solutions.
