Position Overview

What you'll do

Will assemble plastic and metal parts into sub-assemblies for window covering

Will follow step by step instructions part of a one piece flow

Will require long periods of sitting and/or standing.

Will use various hand tools such as: Hammer, plyers, hole punchers, scissors, measuring tape, drill

There will be certain quality and production metric standards that must be met hour by hour

Rotation in between three different assembly stations may be required as needed depending on department needs

All other duties as assigned

This is a Second Shift Position. You must be able to work Monday - Thursday 3:00pm to 1:30am NM (Additional hours may be required Fridays and Saturdays depending on order volume)

Who you are

Have knowledge of basic mathematics to read measuring devices such as calipers and performs basic addition, subtraction of whole numbers and fraction

Must have sufficient hand/finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination for manual and semi-automated assembly of plastic and metal pieces

Have attention to detail

Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written operational procedures to safely and efficiently perform essential functions required

Be able to produce a quality product as well as determine any defect issue

Must have good communication

Have the ability to use RF Scanner and other computer systems
