Payroll analyst

Important metal-mechanical manufacturing company located in the Industrial Zone is seeking a Payroll Analyst.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related field (Degree required).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll administration.
• Advanced English
• Experience with IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, and ISN processes.
• Experience managing employee payroll incidents and personnel information.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support administrative processes within the payroll department.
• Capture and control employee payroll incidents.
• Manage IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, and ISN processes.
• Review and follow up on payroll-related documentation.
• Prepare administrative reports.
• Provide support and assistance to employees regarding payroll-related matters.
