Training & Development Leader

Your tasks

• Lead and Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing training programs for factory workers to improve their technical skills, work efficiency, productivity, and product quality. The role focuses on developing employees' capabilities and ensuring that workers are properly trained to meet the factory's production requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Training & Development, preferably in a garment manufacturing or textile factory.
• Practical experience in training factory workers, particularly production operators.
• Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes and factory operations.
• Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), On-the-Job Training (OJT), and skills assessment.
• Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Good command of English and Microsoft Office skills.
