LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Your tasks

• coordinates daily transport, warehouse, and supply chain workflows to ensure goods move safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

• Transport & Fleet Management: Plan and schedule daily delivery routes, assign drivers and vehicles, and optimize logistics movement.
• Warehouse & Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels, track arrivals and departures, oversee pallet loading/staging accuracy, and manage returns.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise closely with drivers, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers regarding delivery updates and service standards.

Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly/monthly performance reports tracking delivery timelines, shipping costs, and incident rates to improve efficiency.
