About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented M&E (Mechanical Engineering) Drafter to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise engineering drawings and designs to support our projects.
Job Description
- Develop detailed Mechanical drawings, including layout plans, section plans, schematics, and control diagrams.
- Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and/or construction drawings in accordance with the Project Department’s requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain all drawing revisions, updates, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Complete drafting tasks within project timelines.
- Support project teams with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and handling correspondences.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Preferably with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and above or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
