Together we're building technology that scales and makes an impact, with one goal: a financial system that finally works for the entrepreneur again. 👤 About the role As an Operations Intern at GoDutch, you're the link between our users and the team. You make sure every user has a seamless, personal experience with GoDutch — from their very first step to daily use. You're the first point of contact for users with questions or problems

You guide new users through onboarding

You communicate with users in your own, authentic way

You solve operational problems together with the team

You actively contribute ideas for improving our processes

You have an eye for the customer experience and help keep the workflow running smoothly
