Twee Financieel adviseurs

Role purpose: Provide expert financial advice to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making, ensuring sound financial governance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise management and stakeholders on financial planning, budget cycles, and long-term financial strategy.
• Prepare, analyze, and explain periodic financial reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards.
• Support forecasting and scenario modeling to guide operational and investment decisions.
• Monitor financial risks, internal controls, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Improve financial processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency; contribute to automation where applicable.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into financial insights and recommendations.

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in financial advisory, controlling, or business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into clear insights and actionable advice.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial systems/ERP; experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus.
• Clear communication skills for advising both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Accurate, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
