As a Traffic Coordinator at Four Hands, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Working closely with the Traffic Lead, you'll help ensure on-time shipments, optimize freight processes, and manage shipping documentation. Shift Time: 8AM - 4:30PM, Monday to Friday

In This Role

Support the Traffic Lead with day-to-day traffic operations, including service-level agreements, transit times, carrier scorecards, freight invoices, freight rate negotiations, and regular reporting

Create and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and export paperwork (NAFTA Certificates)

Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments with carriers and customer logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery

Maintain truck schedules, shipment files, and respond to internal customer inquiries regarding shipment status

Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Operations to ensure transactional accuracy

Provide accurate shipment and export details to Customer Service

Report goals, operational procedures, and position responsibilities to shipping and traffic associates

Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

High school diploma or GED required

Experience working with shipping documents, including bills of lading, manifests, and carrier paperwork

Strong computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other business applications

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with drivers, carriers, and internal teams

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and occasionally walking the floor to verify shipments and loads

Willingness to work overtime as needed

Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours
