Senior Architectural Designer (Conservation)

About the company

We are a small design firm specialising in Conservation A/A projects - Chinatown, Boat Quay, Little India, Kampong Glam, etc.

Your tasks

We are looking to expand our architectural team! We are seeking a senior architectural designer with about 5-10 years relevant experience (architectural and interior design).

Requirements

For this position, we require people with experience leading projects involving multiple consultants and have experience working on local projects. Prior experience with conservation projects is a bonus but not necessary.

Relevant soft skills:

• Project management
• teambuilding
• client management
• communicating technical issues to laypersons
• creating project workflows

Relevant hard skills:

• proficient in Autocad
• Sketchup
• Photoshop
• General word processing skills required
• Rendering skills are a bonus (Lumion, VRay, Enscape)
