Branch Expansion Supervisor

-Survey and assess potential locations for new branch expansion -Coordinate with landlords on lease negotiations and agreements -Work closely with internal teams (Facility, Data, Marketing) to support new branch setup and lease renewals -Prepare reports and present expansion plans -Maintain strong relationships with landlords and support store renovation projects -Other tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields At least 3 years of experience in retail business or site analysis Strong negotiation and communication skills Basic knowledge of space design, data analysis, and real estate regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office Positive attitude and team player Own a car and a valid driving license
