Product Safety & QMS Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work Standard Management

• Collect, prepare, and update quality-related work standards to align with current operations and customer requirements.
• Communicate updated standards to all branches effectively.

1. Audit Planning & Execution

• Plan and conduct internal audits to evaluate compliance with established quality standards.
• Ensure audit activities are carried out systematically and effectively.

1. Document & Process Review

• Review documents, SOPs, and work processes to identify gaps, irregularities, and improvement opportunities.

1. Process Evaluation & Inspection

• Inspect and verify production or service processes to ensure compliance with defined standards and requirements.

1. Issue Identification & Resolution

• Identify non-conformities and collaborate with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

1. Follow-up & Reporting

• Monitor progress of corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations for process improvement.

1. Corrective Action Monitoring

• Oversee implementation of corrective actions related to complaints and detected defects.

1. Document Control

• Maintain accurate audit records and ensure proper documentation and tracking of action plans.

1. Training Support

• Support training initiatives on quality standards and best practices for employees.

1. Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, and customers to ensure audit and quality requirements are met.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience in auditing systems and processes in the garment industry is an advantage.
