- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Laws or Finance – Banking
- At least 05 years’ experience in compliance and 03 years at managerial position, preferably working for banks or other finance institutions
- In-depth knowledge in banking processes
- Leadership & negotiation skills,
- Analytical & skeptical skills
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
