HAIRSTYLIST

Job Summary

Join a dynamic salon team to deliver professional hairstyling services, enhance client satisfaction, and support salon operations in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional hair services including haircutting, colouring, styling, rebonding, perming, hair treatments, and scalp care tailored to client needs
• Recommend hairstyles, treatments, and haircare products to improve client appearance and hair health
• Promote salon services and treatment packages to increase customer engagement and sales
• Support daily salon operations and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager to maintain smooth workflow
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate salon activities and optimize client experience
• Use negotiation and selling skills to meet sales targets and maximize service uptake
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional, and approachable appearance to positively represent the salon brand
• Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and colleagues to foster a positive salon atmosphere
• Demonstrate a hardworking attitude and positive approach to daily tasks and challenges
• Work independently with self-motivation and take responsibility for assigned duties
• Adapt to a six-day workweek schedule to support salon operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with peers
• Willingness to work weekends and six days per week
• Minimum three years of experience as a hairstylist
