As a FULL-TIME ENGLISH TEACHER, you will play a central role in delivering engaging and effective lessons that help students achieve their language goals. Your key responsibilities include designing comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards, managing classroom dynamics to foster a positive learning atmosphere, and providing personalized guidance to support student progress. You will be expected to utilize your expertise in English Language and Teaching to facilitate interactive sessions, assess student performance, and offer constructive feedback, ensuring that each learner receives the attention necessary to improve their communicative competence and confidence.

We welcome applications from individuals who hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in the field. While we value a diverse background, we specifically seek candidates who demonstrate strong competencies in Japanese Language, Student Counseling, Classroom Management, Language Teaching, English Language, TOEFL, IELTS, Communication Skills, Lesson Planning, and Teaching.
