Key Responsibilities Perform system safety analyses including hazard identification and risk assessment Develop and maintain safety documentation (Hazard Logs, Safety Reports) Support system design and engineering teams to embed safety into the lifecycle Conduct analysis such as Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Functional Analysis Communicate findings through clear reports and presentations Lead safety activities, mentor junior engineers, and interface with stakeholders
