Role Overview
We're seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Consultant to join our team in Rethymno. In this role, you'll guide Dutch-speaking clients through their journey of finding and purchasing their ideal property in Greece. The position involves regular travel throughout Greece to show properties and meet with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide potential buyers through the entire property purchase process
Travel throughout Greece to conduct property viewings
Create detailed property presentations
Meet clients and accompany them on viewing trips
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process
Collaborate with our legal and intake departments to ensure smooth transactions
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Prepare and process sales documentation
Contribute to our company's growth in the Dutch-speaking market

Your profile
What We're Looking For:
Native or professional fluency in Dutch
Professional level of English
Greek language skills are a plus
Previous customer service experience (real estate experience is a plus but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presence and presentation abilities
Valid driving license and comfort with regular driving
Flexibility to travel and work some weekends when clients visit
Customer service oriented with attention to detail
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems
