Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ABAP development for SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Payroll.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HCM and SuccessFactors technical solutions, while collaborating with functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality HR applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors custom developments.
  • Develop and maintain RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
  • Perform technical development using ABAP for SAP HCM modules.
  • Develop and support payroll-related custom programs, reports, and enhancements.
  • Design and implement integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Work on HR data migration activities, including data conversion and validation.
  • Develop technical objects using BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, IDocs, RFCs, and ALE.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, deployment, and production issues.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in SAP HCM Technical (ABAP) Development.
  • Hands-on expertise in developing HR-related ABAP objects for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM data structures and Infotypes.
  • Experience with Payroll-related developments and reporting.
  • Expertise in developing RICEFW objects.
  • Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
  • Familiarity with HR data migration tools and methodologies.
  • Strong technical expertise in BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, IDocs, RFCs, and ALE.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
