Job Summary: To lead and oversee the comprehensive security operations of the compound, ensuring the safety of residents and properties. This role acts as the primary liaison with governmental, police, and sovereign entities in Egypt, while expertly managing high-tension situations, public relations, and conflict resolution with dissatisfied or agitated residents.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Security Operations & Management:

Supervise and direct the day-to-day security operations, including gate controls, perimeter fencing, patrols, and surveillance systems (CCTV).

Conduct regular security risk assessments and update protocols to prevent vulnerabilities.

Manage, train, and evaluate the performance of security personnel (in-house security or outsourced security agencies).

Develop and execute emergency and crisis management plans (fire, accidents, security breaches) for immediate response.

  1. Government Relations & Law Enforcement Liaison:

Act as the official representative of the compound with local police stations, traffic departments, and relevant law enforcement agencies.

Establish and maintain strong, cooperative channels of communication with Egyptian police and sovereign authorities to ensure swift coordination and regulatory compliance.

Handle formal complaints, police reports, and official investigations promptly and professionally.

Ensure full compliance with all security and regulatory directives issued by state authorities.

  1. Stakeholder Relations & Conflict Resolution:

Handle critical escalations and direct interactions with agitated, upset, or dissatisfied residents with high diplomacy and emotional intelligence.

De-escalate tense situations effectively and provide practical, prompt solutions within the framework of compound regulations.

Build and maintain a foundation of trust and open communication with the homeowner's association or resident representatives.

Qualifications & Requirements: Professional Background: Mandatory military or police background (preferably a retired Egyptian Armed Forces or Police Officer of suitable rank) to ensure deep familiarity with protocols and government/sovereign entities.

Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience in security management, preferably within high-end residential compounds or gated communities.

Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills.

Strong leadership presence combined with high-level diplomacy and patience.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under high pressure and handle difficult personalities.

Proficiency in modern security technologies and surveillance systems.
