Export Sales Specialist ( (Portuguese Speaker)

- Support the Export Sales team in developing new markets and expanding the company’s customer base.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests for quotations, and product-related questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, commercial offers, and sales orders.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers and ensure proper follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Technical, Purchasing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Follow up on order status, production schedules, shipping arrangements, and delivery dates.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing export documentation and ensure that required documents are properly completed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records.
- Monitor customer feedback and support the resolution of customer issues in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Support participation in international exhibitions, business meetings, and customer visits when required.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and updates regarding customer activities, quotations, orders, and market opportunities.
- Ensure professional communication with customers through email, phone calls, and online meetings.
- Perform other duties related to export sales as assigned by the Export Sales Management.
- Suitable Bachelor.
- Fluent Portuguese language skills – spoken and written (mandatory).
- 0–3 years of experience in Export Sales, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the Export Sales field.
